All content on this site is owned by ArticulateU LLC, a Texas limited liability company, and is protected by United States copyright and trademark law.
2. Individual License and Account Use
Purchase of any ArticulateU course grants one individual, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course content for personal professional development.
You may not:
- Share, sell, transfer, lend, or assign your account credentials to any other person.
- Allow any other individual to access course content through your account.
- Use a single purchased license to train, instruct, or deliver content to a group.
- Reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display course materials.
- Record, screen-capture, transcribe, or redistribute video, audio, or written lesson content.
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any course materials.
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice from materials.
- Use course content or frameworks to develop, deliver, or sell competing training.
Organizations wishing to enroll multiple participants must purchase a license per participant or contact ArticulateU LLC for team licensing.
ArticulateU LLC reserves the right to monitor account access patterns and to suspend or terminate, without refund, any account showing evidence of credential sharing or unauthorized use.
3. Proprietary Frameworks
The HVR, DESC, PACE, CALM, VOICE, SPARK, and TRUTH frameworks, along with all associated instructional models, worksheets, and assessment materials, are proprietary to ArticulateU LLC.
Enrollment does not grant any right to teach, license, certify others in, or commercially deliver these frameworks. Rights to deliver ArticulateU content to third parties are available only through a separate written trainer certification agreement.
4. Refund Policy
Refund window: 14 days from date of purchase, subject to the completion limit below.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 25% of the course content. Completion is measured by lessons marked complete in your account.
Refunds are not available where:
- More than 14 days have passed since purchase.
- 25% or more of the course has been completed.
- Course workbooks, PDFs, or downloadable materials have been downloaded.
- A completion certificate has been issued.
- The purchase was made using a promotional, beta, or discounted enrollment code.
- The account has been suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms.
To request a refund, email doc.articulateu@gmail.com with the purchase email address and order date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Beta cohort enrollments are final and non-refundable. Beta pricing reflects reduced cost in exchange for participation, feedback, and completion.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that ArticulateU delivers digital content available immediately upon enrollment, and you agree to this refund policy in place of any general right of return.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first requesting a refund under Section 4, ArticulateU LLC may suspend your account access pending resolution and may provide the payment processor with your enrollment records, access logs, and completion data as evidence of delivery.
